Who we are

Akhan Turizm (Akhan Travel Agency) is a TÜRSAB-licensed travel agency — membership no. 3951 — operating from Dalyan Mah. Belediye Sk. No:19/C, Ortaca / Muğla, Türkiye.

What data we collect

When you send a booking request we receive the details you type: name, email, phone number, preferred language, travel dates, group size, pickup location and your message. We use them solely to answer your inquiry and organise your booking. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Cookies & local storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your language preference is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) and never transmitted. An embedded map provider (Google Maps) may set its own cookies when the map loads; see their privacy policy.

Your rights (KVKK / GDPR)

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to our booking email. The data controller is Akhan Turizm; requests can be sent to the booking email address shown in the footer.

Bookings & liability

Tour bookings are concluded under Turkish travel legislation and TÜRSAB rules. Specific terms — payment, cancellation windows, insurance coverage and force majeure — are confirmed in writing with each booking.
