Good questions

The things travellers ask us most — answered straight. Anything else, just message.

How do I book — and do I pay online?+

Send the booking form or a WhatsApp message with your date and group size. We confirm availability and the exact price in writing; you pay nothing online. Payment is made in person — cash or card — and your booking is protected as a TÜRSAB-licensed agency sale.

What is your cancellation policy?+

Plans change — we get it. Day tours can be cancelled or moved free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Multi-day packages have their own terms, always given in writing before you confirm. If weather cancels a tour, you choose: full refund or another day.

What does "TÜRSAB-licensed" actually mean for me?+

TÜRSAB is the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies. A licence means we operate under Turkish travel law with mandatory insurance, regulated standards and a formal complaints process — your booking is with an accountable business, not an anonymous beach desk.

Where do you pick up from?+

Hotels, villas and aparts in Dalyan and Ortaca are included on standard tours; Köyceğiz, Sarıgerme and Göcek by arrangement. Tell us where you're staying and we'll confirm your pickup time the evening before.

Are the tours suitable for children and older guests?+

Most are genuinely family-friendly — the river cruise, sailing day and mud baths delight all ages. Paragliding has age and weight limits; rafting and the gorge need surefootedness. Tell us who's coming and we'll be honest about the best fit.

What should I bring on a boat day?+

Swimwear, towel, high-SPF sun cream, a hat and a light layer for the ride home. For the mud baths, an older swimsuit you won't mourn. We keep shade, drinking water and a fairly priced bar on board.

What happens if the weather turns?+

Safety first, always. If conditions aren't right — wind for boats, thermals for flights, water levels for rafting — we reschedule or refund in full, your choice. We watch forecasts so you don't have to.

Which currencies and cards do you accept?+

Turkish lira, euros and pounds are all welcome; cards are accepted at the office. Prices are quoted clearly when we confirm — the number we write is the number you pay.

In which languages is the website available?+

The whole website — every tour, the guide and the booking form — is available in English, Turkish, German, Spanish and Arabic, so you can read everything comfortably in your own language. Our team welcomes guests in Turkish and English.

Can you handle dietary requirements?+

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies — tell us when you book and the boat or restaurant kitchen will be briefed. Turkish cuisine is kind to almost every diet; you will not go hungry on our watch.

Is the Rhodes trip complicated? Do I need a visa?+

You need a passport, and — depending on your nationality — a Schengen visa for Greece. We arrange ferry tickets and timings and advise on the current entry rules when you ask. EU, UK and many other passports travel visa-free.

Can you organise something private or unusual?+

It's our favourite kind of request. Private boats, proposals under the tombs, anniversary dinners on the water, photography mornings before the river wakes — tell us the dream and we'll come back with a plan and a price.
